    Default Coming back full force 2019

    Coming off the back of competing last year, i have decided to start a log documenting my return to the stage either late 2019/2020, hence this requires an offseason which starts as of Monday.

    My main focus/areas of improvement are my back and hamstrings, therefore i have incorporated two leg/back days to really get the volume in.

    Will log my diet and workouts every evening. Here are some photos from last prep.

    Current split is:

    Monday: quads/calves
    Tuesday: back
    Wednesday: chest/abs
    Thursday: hamstrings/calves
    Friday: back
    Saturday: off
    Sunday: shoulders/arms

    My aim is a structured 6 month offseason, taking me to the 1st of August then ill assess where im at. I compete in classic bodybuilding, where the weight regulation for my height is 93kg. 6 months of solid eating and training should allow me to surpass 100kg or 220lb still staying relatively lean.

    Diet is aiming for 4000 calories a day, macros 300g protein/400g carbs/133g fat

    In the first photo you need to figure it out before you strain your back. The shoulder looks too close to the hip.

    The arch in the lower back is connected to the arch in the foot up the outer tendons of the leg. I'm not a fortune teller but it looks painful.
