Default 17 Year Old 538 Deadlift Possible?

Hi Im new to the forum and I've been working out for awhile now and while Im nothing special I cant help but be shook that apparently a junior in my school can deadlift 538 pounds. Which is about bodybuilder level if Im not mistaken. It would still be impressive if he was big but he probably weighs about the same as me or less at 17 years old. I was wondering if you guys could give thoughts or opinions on that I cant decide if Im overthinking it or if someone literally should write an article on the guy if his lift is legit. Im not sure his height or weight but in comparison I myself am 18 at around 175 pounds with a 350 deadlift and I look like I could weigh more than him.

Teenagers have to be careful with lifting excessive weights prior to puberty, and should definitely not perform maximum lifts. the skeleton isn't mature until the early 20s, too much weight can stress the joints and ligaments and may separate growth plates or damage joints in other ways. Plus many motor nerves are incomplete until sexual maturation, Whoever is supervising this "kid" should be sacked !
