I just divorced and moved countries so I am too broke at the moment to afford a gym membership. I keep myself fit through calisthenics but I want to move to the next level, I hope one of you program scientists out there could help me out, all I can offer is my gratitude.
As far as tools to work with I have
2 kttlebells (25 and 45lbs)
2 dumbells (35 lbs)
2 box-type dumbells ( 20 lbs)
perfect pushups
neuro grips
cpl resistance bands
If anybody can put together a workout regimen using that random nonsense, like I said, I'd be much obliged.
