    Default Wrist pain

    I seemed to have hurt my wrist on chest workout didn't hurt after workout or during but now two days later its a little painful to lift I have camged to Hammer Curls to compensate what other bicep work outs could I do

    Make sure you dont extend or flex the wrists, wrists should be straight
