Hi, I been training for about 6 months now and I noticed that my left pec is stronger then my right pec. I noticed when doing flat bench with the bar my left side is using more strength then my right. Same with DB Bench seems like my right side gives up way quicker then my left. I done research and maybe thought I have a birth defect called Poland syndrome but I donít know exactly. Wanted to ask the forums first for advice or if I should go see a doctor.
