    Default Need some help with my macros?

    I'm 23
    5'11
    190-192lbs
    Decent muscle but a lot of stubborn belly, chest and lower back fat.
    Trying to lose fat and maintain all if not most of my muscle or even continue to gain muscle in the process.
    My diet consists of 2340 calories. 27% protein, 33% fat, 40% carbs. So 158gms protein, 234gms carbs, 84gms fat. Look good?

    Diets are different for everybody. But from what I see here: if you want to lose fat you need to do some intermittent fasting and also ease off on the carbs. You will not lose muscle as fasting hikes your testosterone and growth hormone levels.

    I intermittent fast everyday 16/8.

    If you still want to lose fat try OMAD
