    Default Abs

Hi I am 13 years old and Iíve started lifting weights and working out a couple months ago. Iíve always had a goal to get abs or at least have them somewhat defined and Iíve been working for them and I see little to no improvement. I am also quite skinny 5í5Ē and around 104 pounds. I donít know if I am doing the wrong workouts or I have too much body fat. What exercises would you guys recommend and how got away from achieving my goal would you guys think Click image for larger version.

Hi, you should train every bodypart including the abs, which includes eating a good diet (no junk food, or very little) As with everything in life, it takes a while to build the body to where you want it, and as you have only just started training, get into a routine of going to the gym, three or four times per week if you want a musclular physique, a gym instructor should be able to guide you
