    Default For your safety

The sign says capital lake works like a sediment trap, capturing soils coming down the Deschutes river. The river transports more than 35,000 cubic yards of sediment into the lake annually. That's enough soil to cover a city block to a depth of three feet. The amount of sediment which has accumulated behind the 5th avenue dam is estimated to be more than two million yards. It is estimated the lake holds about 60% less water than it did in 1951. Don't drink the well water, you don't know what washed down the river if you do drink the well water you didn't do it on my permission since I am not in favor of drinking there and should not be subject to karma. It also says- Dredging is expensive and permits difficult to obtain because of the complexity of environmental issues. Unless we chose to let the lake fill with sediment , we need to dredge. Engineers are exploring the best way to remove sediment from the lake basin and the best way to remove sediment from the lake basin and the best use for so much silt. But it's not that bad, just the ducks are drinking from the seawater and I wish we could have a weights area over there.Click image for larger version.

I'm just mentioning it happens often, one day you're trying out for the Olympics the next day you drink from an untrustworthy water source. You get a little congested and see a doctor now you have an abnormal heartbeat and you can't get rid of that smell. So just get purified drinking water from the store. And don't trust anyone who wants to lure you to sleep in a tent.

And who takes responsibility? Nobody you've ever heard of, that's who.

It looks like a big Olympic torch but it's getting kind of shallow.Click image for larger version.
