    Default EASIEST meal plan

    Hi,

    Im looking for some help. Been trying to drop weight for a while now.
    I've been training for over 10 years. I have solid muscles, but still have a gut.
    I've tried a lot of meal plans. i've tried counting calories, doing cardio.. I cant seem to loose wait.
    Im looking for your help.

    Can someone give me the most easiest, bland, boring 2250cal meal plan to follow. I dont care to eat the same thing everyday. Just looking for something simple that I can follow, a no brainer ...
    PLEASE HELP

    If you want to eat differently and delicious every day, here I show you some food which will not increase your weight.
    1.Eggs
    2.Oatmeal
    3.beans, chickpeas, lentils, and peas
    4.nuts
    5.avocados
    6.berries
    7.cruciferous vegetables

    Hello.

    This a Day 1 meal plan. You can try this meal.

    Breakfast: green smoothie (made with banana + cup frozen mango + 1 cup kale + cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt + small avocado + cup nonfat milk)

    Morning snack: 1 apple + 1 oz nuts

    Lunch: 2 cups Veggie Soup

    Afternoon snack: 1 cup baby carrots & sugar snap peas + 2 tablespoons hummus

    Dinner: 4 oz salmon + 1 cup steamed carrots + 1 cup steamed broccoli + 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce + 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
