    Default Fruit or no fruit?!

Iím always torn with the idea of consuming fruit. Iíve gained about 5 pounds and am trying to shed them as quick as possible. Iím thinking to eliminate all fruit and have as little carbs as possible- getting them through my veggies and
    sprouted bread.

Will I get the ďquickĒ results this way? Would having ONE banana a day really be so bad?! Lol.

Carbs do not make you gain or retain weight. Calories do. Eat sensibly and count your calories. There’s no benefit to reducing carbs vs any other diet with the same number of kcals.
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

Thanks so much for replying, EKnight! But what about the SUGAR thatís in the fruit? Thatís what everyone seems to make an issue of, along with the carbs.

What about it? Reread my post, brother. People have lost weight eating nothing but Twinkies 24/7 just to prove it can be done. Count your calories and try to keep carb and sugar intake reasonable, but there’s no need to eliminate them.

Hi, I love fruit so much and eat o lot. It gives me lots of energy but in the other case, there are some kindes that contain lots of sugar. When I started exercising in the gym I started using protein instead of fruit. So it depends on your lifestyle.
