12. Plank x3


Wednesday( shoulders, back)
1. Lat pull downs 3x12
2. Cable rows 3x12
3. Dead lifts 3x10
4. Reverse fly 3x10
5. Dumbbell lat raise 3x10
6. Shoulder press machine 3x10
7. Press ups 3x10
8. Leg raise 3x10
9. Ab cycles 3x50
10. Plank 3x10


Friday(legs)
1. extensions 3x15
2. Curls 3x12
3. Leg press 3x20
4. Hamstring curl 3x12
5. Calf raises 3x12
6. Barbell squat 2x12
7. Press ups 3x10
8. Ab cycles 3x50
9. Plank x3
10. Dish hold x3
