    Default Goal Fat loss and to tone up

    Fasting from 5 pm until 11 am the next day, making it an 18 hr fast. Now I do have coffee with dry creamer and stevia, some may say this breaks the fast, I am ok with it. Now when my eating window opens I will eat pretty much what ever I want but here is a typical day...wake 530 am coffee 2-3 cups. 11 am 3 whole eggs scrambled in a tablespoon of salted butter (brown butter eggs) bang zero cal energy drink. Dinner around 430 or 5pm chicken breast cooked in olive oil seasoned with random seasonings. diet dr pepper. any suggestion's?
