Thread: Push ups...

    Default Push ups...

    *sigh* I can't do pushups.
    I have never had the need for them, or the want to do them, but my new workout asks for it.
    I feel I don't have the upper body strength to do them. On my knee is ok(ish) but still....
    Any suggestions or tips in how to master this would be greatly appreciated.

    (I also have the same issue with pull-ups)

    Do gentle stretching before workout, and try to start gradually. Don't put your muscles in a hard exercise session, they can be injured or damaged. So my suggestion is to go gently and keep yourself according to routine.
