    Default How can I better my weight training

    My name is Steven and I am a wrestler at my high school. Long story short I ended my season placing at sections I really want to make state but my body isn't in the best shape I workout every day and eat.

    Breakfast-Sumckers Pbj 600 calories 18g protein, hard boiled egg, chocolate milk,apple

    Lunch- Burger,Fries,Apple,milk, apple

    Dinner- Rice, Chicken, Fish, 2 cups of water


    How can I add more food to my diet so I can gain weight?

    Try eating 6 smaller meals per day and make sure your macros are in check.
