    Default Using a Workout Step

    I am going to be using a workout step for some of my workouts. I have hardwood floor. Any advice on something to prevent it from slipping. I was trying to find a small no slip mat. I figured that may be the best idea. Thanks

    Nail it to the floor.

    Glue it to the floor

    Wal-mart carry's rug anti slip mats those can be cut to size.
