I'm looking for the best fat loss plan for a 16 year old multi sport athlete over the summer. Im sitting around 15-18 percent body fat right now and I just cant find a plan because they all say different things about what to do. I'm looking to have very intense workouts throughout the whole summer to get that shredded look. It will also help me when wrestling season comes around when I'm already sitting around the ideal body fat/weight. If anyone has some good advice or programs, please let me know.
