Hi, welcome to the forum. Surely there must be a gym in the vicinity of your university,

    Hi.
If you only have that, you can easily get a great bodyweight workout.
I would suggest full body workouts 3 times per week.

Monday: 5 sets of wide grip pull ups with strict form as many reps as you can
5 sets of dips as many reps as you can
5 sets of lunges as many reps as you can
5 sets of crunches as many reps as you can

Wednesday:5 sets of chin-ups as many reps as you can
5 sets of diamond pushups as many reps as you can
5 sets of jumping squats as many reps as you can
5 sets of leg raises as many reps as you can

Friday: repeat what you did on Mondays

Do every exercise with a strict form, increase the reps whenever you can, after about three weeks, start to increase the sets.
Remember to eat properly, be in a caloric surplus if you want to build muscles, eat enough protein, sleep 7,8 hours per night, stretch after a workout.
