m and weighing 65 kg. despite having a decent ibm I have too much excess fat that I absolutely want to lose, what do you advise me to do. I already had a year of gyming at the age of 16 but after quitting I spent 3 years at home eating a lot of junk food without any exercise rates. so that I should gain some muscle first of all with a bit of cardio and a healthy diet (not low calorie) I would lose excess fat. thanks to who will answer .btw how much do you give me bf?
