    Default Program training

Hi everyone been training about a month now after a long 8year break and still torn on a method to train.
Could anyone point me in the rite direction for a decent training programme to get me going as I keep changing so ideally would like a tryed and tested one lol.
I'm training 3 - 4 days a week and have tryed the PPL and upper/lower routines but there's so many online so was wondering if any of you guys recommend a good?
    Abit of background....
Started getting my dieting on track and eating less process food as poss!
    I'm 31 weighing 73kg at 5ft 11"

Hi welcome to the forum, there are plenty of "tried & tested" routines on this forum, take a look at the workouts in the Workout section at the top of the page, or click the link below

Hi, Its better to try a routine to see how your own body responds to it, not every type of routine suits some people.

    Legs??
Donít chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet thatís going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.

You look good, Man, a good material to work with.

I am all for minimalism. Try doing only bench press, rows of any kind and squats twice a week while maintaining a good bulking diet. It is a good start. You don't need to go fancy to develop, you just need to accept that it takes time.

My favorite is the Power Muscle Burn method found here on the site. I did it years ago with success and like you took 6 years off. Started it last week after doing some build up. Feels great to be back in the game

Nice. I did it then and Iím doing it now. Iíve got a time of work to do. Mid-May I was back up to 32% body fat but I e already cut 2 inches off the belly and have seen a notable change in my upper physique. Iím quite pleased with the results so far. Canít wait to see what itís like when I get down to a better percentage
