Default Intro and Weight Gain Question

    Hi all,

I am new to the forum. I am a beginner at REAL calculated training and lifting. In may of this year I reached my highest weight of 390 pounds and i decided it was time to make a change. I began eating normal portions of foods and incorporating a lot more veggies and fruits. Since May i have lost 30 pounds. I weigh every Wednesday and it's been so nice to see the number on the scale drop.

I also started working out, lifting weights (no specific plan). I went to weigh this morning and I've actually gained a pound since last week.

Here's my question: could this pound be muscle gain? I am concerning, because I really want to bulk and get strong, but at the same time, I want to hot my goal weight of 250 pounds.

I'm really lost here and and advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I also forgot to mention that I began whey protein and creatine last week as well.
