I am in my 40s, and just now starting to see the effects of some of the poor eating habits I had when I was younger. I am in very good shape, but I want to get back my abs. I rarely eat red meat, save for chicken. I know there are a few things I need to cut out, but I mainly eat seafood now. I also make my own juices about 2-3 times a week. I would like to know what specifically I should consume, both eating and drinking, in order to remain healthy and cut the fat out of my midsection.
