    Question Gaining muscle, losing fat at the same time ?

    Hi everyone, I'm new to gym, i have just been to gym for 2 months. I was told that Gaining muscle and losing weight at the same time is impossible I have about 18% fat, any suggestion for this problem guys ?

    it IS possible up to a point. continue to weight train & limit non-fuel high-calorie foods
