I'm 26 years old male 72kg and 175cm
I've been training and eating healty since 3 years now
My goal is to maintain my body (add muscle and remove fat)
I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week
DAY 1 Chest and Triceps
DAY 2 Back and Biceps
DAY 3 Legs and Shoulders
I don't really do cardio or abs
instead
I try to do heavy lifting
I track my calories 2100 a day
Carbs 190-220
Protein 170-190
fat 55-75
Usually it goes like this
Breakfast
3 eggs
2 bananas
70 grams oats
500 grams milk
I put them all in a shaker
Lunch
220 grams Chicken
100 grams pasta
After workout
Whey protein 24g
Dinner
200 grams steak with apple/orange
PROBLEM here is my body still doesn't look like it's supposed to be
I still have Lot of belly fat and chest are falling
I did reduce A LOT on the alcohol if that's what you're thinking
Any advice from a professional ??
