Default Why don't I sweat at all when doing strength training?

So I do strength training and lift weights (whatever you call it) with a personal trainer, who creates my plans for me. But the thing is, I NEVER sweat whilst doing the workouts. Am I doing something wrong? Am I not doing enough? I do as many reps as I can, using the amount of reps on my plan as a guide, and I always try and better myself in each session. But I just never sweat. Should I be?

    Thanks.
