Just turned 40 and over last year have Noticed my belly appears bigger. I feel Iíve gained 5-10 pounds and notice it in pictures Iím in. I am not hard core calorie counting but feel I eat somewhat healthy and am very active. I run and work in lawn care and consistently sweat and walk 10-14000 steps a day. I hustle and get things done.

Even when I track calories and log them I donít see the weight loss equal to the work I put in to meals. So could I have a hormone issue? Older age cause for drastic change in number of calories consumed?

I am scheduling a base line health physical because of age and family medical and just curious about some things I can discuss and maybe test for. Any ideas?
