I probably need your help.. or your advice I have been training for couple of years, but I am not very successful in growing my muscular strength in response to training. I would like to know a bit more about my muscle composition, build a better training plan with tailor-made exercise and also avoid the muscle injuries. The question is.. am I doing the right sport? Maybe I would be better in endurance training I found out some informations about Chromozoom genetic DNA Sport test.. I may find out whether strenght or speed is my strong point.. Does anyone of you has an exerience with this test already? Have you heard about it?Thx
