Hello Everyone,

I am a beginner and seeking your guidance. I am 50 years old spent too much time on cardio. Now trying to do strength training. The challenge I am facing is - I am not able to do more required number of reps and sets. I am getting tried or have no ability to do more than a set of a given exercise. With this I ending up going to my old habit of getting unto a tread mill. I am wondering if there are any ideas on how I can improve my endurance,wherein I will be able to do multiple set consisting of 10 - 12 reps of various strength exercises. Please help, appreciate your patience and thoughts. To add to this I am diabetic for 20 years and only way to make it better is to add strength training which I am failing at miserably. Please help!
