Please give me some feedback regarding my diet I plan on following for the next few months. My goal is to lose fat and get fitter.

Diet

7am - pre workout Meal 1
1 scoop USN whey
1 sachet Oats so easy

9am Post Workout
1 Serving Diet Fuel
5g Creatine Mono

10:30am Meal 2
2 slices wholewheat bread
1/2 chicken breast
5g mayo


3pm Meal 3
Spinach
cucumber
1/2 avo
tuna tin
cottage cheese
2 potatoes

6pm Meal 4 - Snack
2 slices wholewheat bread
peanut butter

8pm Meal 5
180g brown Rice
1 Chicken breast
5ml Olive oil
15ml nandos sauce
1/2 avo
Broccolli


BMR - 2980 calories
Total Calories - 2435


Carbs - 275g - 1100 Calories - 45%
Protein - 210g - 840 calories - 35%
Fat - 55g - 494 calories - 20%
