I’ve been running the an intermediate fasting diet. Eating all calories from about 10am-6pm. My BMI is 33.3. In the last week I’ve only dropped .4 lbs. I don’t feel “full” and don’t feel “skinny” from eating less. My stomach still feels enlarged or bloated.

Tracking with my fitness pal and set weight loss to 1 lb per week. It generated my calorie goal of 2110 at lightly active.

My averages this week are 1881 calories. 22% daily protein. 37% carbs. 40% fat.

I assumed going from eating anything to a conscious diet would produce weight loss initially since you were making a drastic change. Looking at numbers my fat % is probably high and I should look for more high protein/low fat food options.
