Hi guys I'm new to this forum and looking for some advice on pre-workouts I currently ride my bike to the gym and then do 15 mins on the stair treadmill and then do 90 mins on the normal treadmill on the highest incline and on a high speed as i am looking to burn fat at the moment, but as of lately I've been constantly tired and struggling to get out of bed let alone make it to the gym. I suffer from chronic pain which is a contributing factor but was wondering if there are any pre workouts available that will give me the kick up the bum that I desperately need. The motivation is there i'm just really lacking the energy, I may be asking for a miracle i'm not sure but thought id put it out there anyway! thanks.
