    Default 45 years old and have few question about training

    Hello I am 45 years old one year ago I weighed 300 pounds now I weigh 195 and the weight has stayed off . I go to the gym 5 days a week and I rotate legs then chest arms every other day. I take optimum nutrition gold protein powder and optimum nutrition creatine. So I am getting results but kind of slow going . I can definitely telll I worked out and drink my sups soon as I walk out of the gym . There are some guys at the gym who sell gear but itís so expensive. Any help on finding good legit place to get some good gear to give me a boost. This is first time on this site or any other site so pm me thanks

    If "Gear" is referring to Anabolic Steroids, your on the wrong forum. Take a look in the "Workouts" section at the top of the page for workouts. Training Legs, Chest & Arms every other day is not going to give you any good long term results
