So I'm brand spanking new to this exercise thing!
I just started about a week ago exercising to Caroline Jordan on youtube 15 mins 2 x per day for a week now.
And I can do that just fine.
I would like to develop a weekly exercise routine that I can easily do at home
so it isn't the same thing day after day. My goal is to loose weight and to feel better more toned especially in the middle.
But I don't know what exercises do do & for how long, how often, etc...
I'd like to incorporate cardio, strengthening, stretching/yoga, total body etc...
Are there any good websites geared towards the beginner? or tips?
Or recommend me to good workout videos on youtube?
I just don't know where to start
