Hey everyone,

I've been doing reverse pyramid scheme reps for the last few months, and have been enjoying it. However, I feel like I really didn't get a good work out on my second upper body day: military press, barbell row, and one-armed barbell row. My rep ranges for the press and BB row is 6/8/10, the one-armed BB row is 8x3.

I'm more worried about my press and BB row. I am lifting as heavy I can with good form, but yet it still feels like I haven't pushed enough at the end of it. Should I add 12 reps for a fourth set? So it'd be 6/8/10/12? I'm dropping the weight by 10 lbs, so the weight isn't the issue.
