    Happy Friday JR! Did legs today and it was rough! A lot of movement today, already close to 15000 steps. Got my 1000 band swings and 1 minute plank in! Finally had a good nights sleep and was energized today! Looking forward to some R&R for the long weekend!

    Talk about busy! it's been a few days! I noticed I am getting a bit softer than I like, so I incorporated some more band work. I still am on my 100 band swings and 1 minute plank a day. Did some awesome leg stuff today and some shadowboxing!

    It's Tuesday upper body day and I got my 10,000 steps in already as well as my 100 band swings! next 1 minute plank!....actually 2. i have to makeup for yesterday!

    Drank some cold brew since its getting warm out! Porterhouse is on the menu today! Talk soon.

    Had way more energy today when boxing today as well as when i did legs! Sometimes a couple extra calories is all you need. Tomorrow day 5 and back at it at 5:30 am then Saturday off to add to mine and my cousins home gym!

    Happy Tuesday! Got my upper body done and killed my 10k steps. My new goal is 12k steps plus a 10 minute walk M-F...Starting to change up my training to a lot of mobility stuff for my joints...

    Happy Humpday! Appetite is finally down...Last week all I could do is think about food. I am currently at 14,563 steps so the goal is working! I also will start doing 2 a days starting Monday just to get out of the house...No extra lifting just walking...More to come!

    Today begins my 2 a days for 2 weeks. Being in the house all day is driving me crazy, so I decided to get out of the house for another 20 minutes a day! Got my workout done and I am already at 11,143 steps!

    Happy Tuesday! Today I started a 1 min plank a day challenge for 30 days! The band swings are now done...so this is my next venture. I a still on my 2 days and I am down to 131.2! I am done an official 20lbs since last year!
