    Default Its been years! But Im back...

    It’s been years since I’ve been on this forum. I had a column at one time and went mia for a bit lol. Now I’m back! I hope everyone is doing well! #weareinthistogether.

    My goal here is help motivate each other and get motivation as well. Here is too all of you!

    I figured I'd post my training schedule.

    Currently I walk for at least 30 mins a day...10,000
    M Upper 40 Min Circuit
    T 40 Min Boxing Circuit
    W 40 Min Boxing Circuit or 40 Min Lifting Circuit
    T Lower 40 Min Circuit
    F 40 Min Boxing Circuit
    S 30 Mins or 10,000 Steps
    S Optional

    I don't count macros but I am looking to lean out a bit and currently carnivoreish just because its fits my lifestyle.

    Current Workout Mix - Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Kid Ink, Craig Mack lol weird mix... But it works!

    Day 3 has been amazing and I am glad that I am keeping consistent.

    Today's menu consisted of a rib-eye and chuck beef.

    That's a lot of walking! I just recently found out how small my arms really are, so right now I'm trying to work on that right now, but I might need to try yours.

    I noticed boxing keeps my arms large! I havent done any direct arm work in quite some time. Deadlifts kept my arms big...

    Check out this video when I was prepping in 2018. My arms stayed big and I didnt do an ounce of arm work.

    Today I just hit around 11,400 steps. Today was legs and I do 100 rep workouts.

    4 exercises 4x25

    4X25 Lunges
    4X25 Banded Squats
    4x25 Side Walks
    4x25 Straight leg deadlifts with bands.

    These high reps are killing me!

    40 mins of heavy bag today and walking! My body has adjusted well to this type of training. Can’t wait to lift some heavy weights again! Yeah!

    Happy Monday! What a crazy weekend it was! But i was able to get all my steps in....I hit an all time low last week but feeling a tad fluffy! I had my first cheat meal in 8 weeks after pretty strict carnovire!

    Still feeling a tad fluffy today, got my upper body work done and already beat my 10,000 steps! Anyone up for a step challenge? 2 days after a refeed my body is back to feeling eh. I may increase my cals a bit but not sure.

    Boy has it been a crazy week. I realized my energy started to dip so I ate a little more last night so my leg day would be fully fueled!

    Still at 100 reps each exercise.

    100 lunges
    100 hip thrust
    100 band swings

    Happy Wednesday we made it! Boxing and walk complete, followed by 100 band swings and a 1 minute plank every morning. I've decided to change my focus for the next 6 months, focusing on balance, mobility, flexibility and being an overall better person athletically.

    What a crazy day its been and for some reason I feel like i tweaked my back a tad. I'm starting to realize 10ks steps is too easy for me. I will start to aim for 15k! Beef is giving me my energy back! Did legs today 100 reps of course, at then end of every leg day I always add 100 leg extensions each leg...I'm starting to put a plan together for my new training regimen! Still need to do my 1 minute plank!
