    Happy Friday - We made it, energy is up again. I'm thinking it has to do with the beef consumption. Got my boxing and walking today! As well as my 10k steps and 1 minute plank!

    Happy Friday JR! Did legs today and it was rough! A lot of movement today, already close to 15000 steps. Got my 1000 band swings and 1 minute plank in! Finally had a good nights sleep and was energized today! Looking forward to some R&R for the long weekend!
