    Default Running with resistance band tied around my thighs

    I've been upping the resistance and now I'm at 180 lbs. It feels like my knee will fall out due to difficulty. How do I know when to stop?

    Pain free range of motion is what I tell my clients. Or maybe use a lighter resistance?
