I have some bench press form problems, to begin with my elbows start flaring out during the lowest portion of the bench press since im otherwise unable to push out of that portion of the bench press.

My second problem is that i have to radially deviate my forearms in order to get the bar to rest in my palms, if i dont i will either have all of the weight resting on the bone between the thumb and the palm or i will have to radially deviate my wrist, both of which hurt. Am i supposed to radially deviate my forearms?

I have a really hard time progressing at the bench press and overhead press and would appreciate some advice.
