hello I have noticed that I am a hard gainer and would like tips on how to pack on the calories but not too much fat
What helped me the most honestly was protein shake when i wake up i take a shake then go to gym. Eat quick meal then go to work. I use to count calories but it got too annoying and most i got into the routine of taking a shake or eating quick small meal before a workout it did wonders. I dont overeat like i use to for me i think because i am a hard gainer working a lot and when im hungry went against me. So back in September i was about 150 now im about 177. I use to take mass gainer i mean it works its cheap dirty calories but now i take naked mass. I also started a youtube channel to document my journey since we are in quarantine i dont have much videos so only have one video about doing one arm push up.
