Hello, I've been training lightly for about 2 years, mostly riding my bike up to 30 miles a day during the summer. I was recently reading about how the average achilles tendon length is 3-4". Mine are 10" which apparently gives me the potential to be a fast runner/high jumper. Also, I can fit three fingers along my bicep tendon.
My actual question is...if my calves and biceps have short muscle bellies and long tendons, does that make this the case for every muscle in my body?
