    Default Advise on this routine

    Hi, first post on here
With coronavirus I have obviously not been able to go to the gym. Whilst I did go to the gym I was very much off and on with my routine for 4 years and definitely didnít have the results I should have done in that kind of time. Since lockdown I have adopted my own unique routine which Im actually sticking by and I genuinely enjoy. Anyway Iím waiting to know what other people might think of it and if I should be adapting it or dropping it altogether and going with traditional methods. (Legs arenít included because I go running and biking separately)

Anyway what I do is the following workout which takes 15-20 minutes and Iíll do that 3-4 times every other day with a 30 minutes break inbetween. Iíve also just got some whey protein on the way because Iím struggling for 3000 calories a day.Click image for larger version.

instead of doing it 3-4 times a day, try 3-4 sets with 4 reps a workout, spacing it out is not going to put as much stress on your muscle, doing one rep will get you no were wiether its 20 times a day, doing the sets and more reps will put way more stress on your muscles, take 1minute breaks inbetween sets, and with such low reps make sure your lifting as much lbs as you can, this way will work way more efficient, and build more muscle. thats if i read your workout right
