Hi, first post on here
With coronavirus I have obviously not been able to go to the gym. Whilst I did go to the gym I was very much off and on with my routine for 4 years and definitely didn’t have the results I should have done in that kind of time. Since lockdown I have adopted my own unique routine which Im actually sticking by and I genuinely enjoy. Anyway I’m waiting to know what other people might think of it and if I should be adapting it or dropping it altogether and going with traditional methods. (Legs aren’t included because I go running and biking separately)
Anyway what I do is the following workout which takes 15-20 minutes and I’ll do that 3-4 times every other day with a 30 minutes break inbetween. I’ve also just got some whey protein on the way because I’m struggling for 3000 calories a day.
