    Default my journal of getting shredded and losing weight and getting some muscle

    Planning on ordering some dumbbells.
    My current way of staying fit is:
    - 30-45 minutes of cycling.
    - A 30 minute jog.

    Will try to update this each time I do a workout.
    My next workout for Friday, July 3rd, 2020: is
    - Some stretching beforehand.
    - 30-45 minutes of cycling.
    - A 30 minute jog.
    - A 3 minute plank.

    (EDIT) What I Plan on eating on Friday, July 3rd, 2020: is
    - Morning:
    - Oatmeal, a fruit smoothie, and some water (every 2 hours).

    - Lunch:
    - Soup and a few fruits.

    - Dinner:
    - idk
