    Default How to incorporate EMOM workouts

    First, I am not brand new to working out. I have gone to the gym off and on for the last couple of years. I am intrested in starting some EMOM workouts, So here is my question. How would you go about incorporating 15 minute body weight EMOM workouts into and over all workout structure? Do you do a 15 minute EMOM and call it good for ther day? Or should the EMOM be in addition to a longer routine?
