    Default Workout Routine for Beginner

    Hey everyone! My name is Alix. I just started working out about 2 months ago. All I am doing right now is push ups, curls, and working my way up to pull ups. I am a relatively skinny young adult, but I have a little bit of a belly. Anyways, I am really new to this whole workout thing, especially with COVID. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good full body workout for beginners that can be done at home during COVID? Mostly without workout stuff? Thanks so much for any input!

    Hi Alix for beginning full body workout do these
    chest - barbell bench press -4 sets of 8 reps
    Back- lat-pulldowns - 4 sets of 10 reps
    shoulders - seated dumbell press -4sets of 10 reps
    legs - leg extensions -4 sets of 10 reps
    Biceps - barbell biceps curls - 3 sets of 10 reps
    Triceps - triceps rope pushdowns - 3 sets of 15 reps

    That routine looks great for a beginner something I wished I did when I was younger.
