Hey everyone! My name is Alix. I just started working out about 2 months ago. All I am doing right now is push ups, curls, and working my way up to pull ups. I am a relatively skinny young adult, but I have a little bit of a belly. Anyways, I am really new to this whole workout thing, especially with COVID. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good full body workout for beginners that can be done at home during COVID? Mostly without workout stuff? Thanks so much for any input!
