    Default Am I hitting all muscle groups in my body?

    Everyday, I do the following exercises and I want to make sure I'm not missing any muscle groups:

    1. Tricep kickback
    2. bent over rows
    3. Bench Press
    4. Seated row
    5. Standing Leg Press
    6. Lat Pulldown
