    Default Are muscle recovery/rest important if you are doing the same workout daily?

    So let's say you were targeting specific muscle groups ( chest and biceps ) or let's say someone was doing the same 3 exercises ( dumbbell flat bench press + barbell curls + hammer curls ) every single day. Is this bad or dangerous in any way? Would this lead to injury?

    working the same muscle every is generally bad, it depends on the intensity u do it, if u do it with proper form and good time under tension. Your arms will be sore the next 2 days until it adapt to the load u lift, so thats where progressive overload comes in. Instead u can work different muscle groups everyday. Monday- Arm day, tuesday- leg day/ core, wednesday- back. THE ANSWER UR LOOKING FOR It is dangerous to not let ur muscles recover and training them everday will actually wont help u build muscle but actually lose it
