    Default Replace Fat with Muscle

Losing weight is simple when you know how. You simply have to build muscle to increase your metabolism which will burn excess fat. When you build muscle, your body has to burn more calories just to keep those newly acquired muscle alive. You essentially will replace fat with muscle. The best way to achieve maximum weightloss and get cut is to do:

    1. Full body workouts with weights 3 times a week.
    2. Cardio exercise for at least 30-45 minutes
    3. Don't reduce calorie intake!! Instead eat the right foods. Eating unhealthy food and not exercising is the reason for weight gain. The goal is to build muscle to build metabolism and lose fat. So in order to do that, you have to eat good food and enough protein.

This is a sure-fire 100% way to lose weight and burn excess fat.
    Get shredded triggering muscle growth:

The best tip I can give as it always works for me - not eating 4 hours before bed and train at least 2 hours a day. You will need to do it for 15 days in a row to see a big difference. I think being consistent will bring you luck!

"Drinking two big glass full of water" and "avoiding Jung foods" ideas are really working.

WOW! Thatís a long list of things to do. I don't discourage prolonged exercise and diet plans but the truth is that not everyone has the luxury of time to do all the above. In my case something unexpected always came up that disturbed my exercise and diet schedule. So i went for a more realistic and smart option which is the Blue Fat Freeze Kit. It's a high end UBL backed neoprene wrap that you put over the fatty part of the body which freezes the fat under the skin with the help of dual action gel packs.

Wouldnt it be far better to spend the high cost of money spent on a freeze kit on a setting up a good wholesome diet, and keeping a good diet, which obviously had'nt been used prior to the need of spending the money on a kit ?

If you're cutting calories, especially from dietary carbohydrate and fat sources, your body is more apt to start using amino acids for energy, which is one reason why the majority of athletes we spoke with increased their protein intake while on a fat-loss program.

Protein-rich foods like eggs, beans, nuts and whole grains can help the body burn fat --specifically fat stored in the belly. Foods with high amounts of protein take much longer to break down and digest and, therefore, burn more energy and calories

Drinking one-two glasses of water before 40 minutes of having meals is very useful for weight loss. Also, avoid drinking water right after finishing your meal. Skip water intake for 1 hour at least. It may sound to some people very strange and I know many people will ask me for the proof. Just try it yourself and you will witness "Good health" in you!

I think with drinking after meals you dilute your stomach acid, so the digest of the food will slow down.

    hi
I read your question its about cutting fat , you need some tips for cutting fat , If you're cutting calories, especially from dietary carbohydrate and fat sources, your body is more apt to start using amino acids for energy, which is one reason why the majority of athletes we spoke with increased their protein intake while on a fat-loss program. Whey powders like MuscleTech's Platinum 100% Whey mix easily so can be consumed without a blender. hope it will be helpful for you .
