Hi, when on a fat loss diet/training, fat is used from all over the body, not just from the abdominal area, a good diet void of processed foods which includes good proteins, good carbohydrates and essential fats and the fat from the abdominal area, coupled with exercise and weight training

Good tips, thank you for sharing. And yes, drinking water before a meal stops you from eating too much, I would say a glass of water with some vinegar (that is anti-oxidant), is good to have before a meal.
My idea of eating is portion control, leave the table before you feel full. And exercise even only 2 times a week.

Of course, if you want to lose weight, you need to remove carbohydrates, and there are a lot of them in fruits. If you still can not do without them, then they need to eat before lunch, and after only vegetables and those in which less starch.

    Hello linedriver465,
I have read your points and I concur with you that most of what you said can help you burn fats. However, I think it may not be possible to do the 25 things you talked about. Never the less, I have extracted just a few things which I believe can help one lose weight.
Reduce the amount of calories you take
    1. Eat more vegetables
    2. Drink plenty of water it helps in the metabolism process
    3. Avoid saturated fats
    4. Eat whole grain foods
    5 .Exercise

Eating less will make the biggest difference. As for exercise, you’ll be best off doing low intensity work over an extended period of time.
